    The role

    The role is currently fully remote. We embrace a modern, flexible and all-in approach to remote working – self-motivation is a must.     Our ideal candidate will have a extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the intricacies of the sector including running campaigns for pharmaceuticals, life science organisations, clinics etc.

    The responsibilities

    • Develop and execute PPC campaigns across various search and social media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn etc. for our healthcare clients
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group creation for PPC campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and target audiences.
    • Manage PPC budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget while maximising ROI.
    • Being able to problem solve in tandem with the changes in healthcare policy and guidance for paid advertising from Google, Facebook etc. and adapt campaigns to new best practices
    • Provide regular reports via Google Data Studio on PPC performance and recommendations for future campaigns.
    • Taking a supporting role at Medico within the development of our paid search, paid social and programmatic advertising propositions in collaboration with the Paid Media Manager
    • Create and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, optimising for performance and delivering on client objectives.
    • Outline opportunities for new platforms and create strategies for these as client requirements progress
    • Implement the processes outlined by the Paid Media Manager to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with wider digital marketing strategies. This will include the implementation of AI within our Paid Media process to create efficiencies internally.
    • Provide support within client communications, including helping Sales and Account Managers develop proposals for current clients and pitching them.
    • Assisting Account Managers with highlighting opportunities to increase the revenue on active clients, be being proactive with strategy suggestions and forecasting
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, best practices, and updates, then incorporate them into future campaign strategies.
