When the pandemic hit, they wanted to raise brand awareness for their private Covid testing services and GP consultations. Our partnership has seen us oversee all aspects of their Practice Plus Private website from conception to roll out of several highly successful patient acquisition campaigns.
With their practice expanding from London to nationwide, and healthcare rapidly moving online, PPG wanted to drive new patient bookings through their remote GP and private Covid testing services.
The solution was to use targeted PPC campaigns to generate enquiries and bookings for Covid tests and remote GP services, with sophisticated geo-targeting for physical appointment bookings to their satellite clinics.

How to measure digital ROI
In addition to marketing, Practice Plus Group were trialling a platform called Heydoc to facilitate real time payment and bookings for consultation.
We discovered that, while the platform was operationally successful, it removed the ability to attribute success to marketing campaigns.
Medico’s solution was to work with Heydoc and come up with a bespoke tracking code that would allow booking data and payment values to be piped back into our analytics system, allowing for true end to end attribution of marketing efforts.
