With over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Lizz knows the medical and pharma sector inside out. She began her career as a frontline HCP in oncology and neurology, before becoming a lecturer at City University of London’s School of Health Science. Later, Lizz headed up the international direct-to-consumer marketing strategy at a large medical devices company before moving over to the agency-side.
On top of her HCP training, Lizz has a Masters Degree in Clinical Research, and has worked as Lead Strategist on some of the industry’s biggest names in Pharma and Biotech, heading up the go-to-market strategy for major product launches, campaigns and digital health solutions.
Lizz lives in Nottingham with her two grumpy-faced cats. In her free time you can find her perched precariously on top of a ladder, renovating a Georgian apartment, or rescuing poorly-looking plants from the garden centre (her sisters call her flat the ‘plant hospital’!)
More about Lizz:
- When Lizz was little she wanted to be an archeologist… or Barbie!
- Lizz co-founded the world’s first choir for people who’ve had their voice box removed because of cancer. They have since performed around the world and received the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
