Community Crisis Care specialists in Autism, tasked Medico with delivering a social media campaign raising awareness for a Grand Opening Event Day of their services.
Medico was required to pinpoint a specific audience of healthcare professionals on the social media network – those working in an NHS Commissioner capacity; including relevant stakeholders. In light of CCC lacking a social media presence entirely, it was vital that profiles and campaigns were in place quickly enough to gain brand exposure and generate awareness.
In order to exploit various social media platforms targeting capabilities as effectively as possible, Medico created detailed user profiles which included job titles, industry, interests and media consumption habits. Medico also created a bespoke suite of graphics and a short animated video to be used in the campaigns that emphasises the key USP’s of the services Community Crisis Centre provides.
