Spire Healthcare had a need for a quick and effective solution to recruit more nurses and theatre staff across their Bristol hospital site. Medico Digital helped them to reach, engage and source candidates across different departments to fulfil their recruitment objectives.
Using a cross-platform social media strategy, Medico Digital implemented campaigns to deliver highly targeted adverts across Facebook & Instagram, creating and incorporating content using animations, GIFs and graphic imagery to effectively convey the values of the Hospital and attract candidates online.
Medico created a series of profiles that allowed the hospital to target specific clinicians by age, location, interests, job titles and employers.
Using the powerful targeting features of Facebook’s advertising platform we were able to reach out to very niche demographics, targeting clinicians with specific training, qualifications and surgical backgrounds.
By ensuring the hospital’s adverts were seen only by the potential candidates, the hospital achieved a much larger return on investment. This digital way of working made it simpler and quicker to accurately track and monitor the success of their recruitment campaigns.
